Ordering and Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website using online payment or cash on delivery (COD) options.
- For online payments, we use the third-party payment gateway Cashfree. All online transactions are secure and encrypted.
- If you choose COD, you will pay the product amount upon delivery.
Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations
- You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To cancel an order, contact us within a reasonable time frame. If you cancel an order, you will receive a refund within 3 to 4 working days.
- For online payments, the 80% of amount will be refunded. For COD, the 80% of amount will be refunded.
Product Exchange Rules
- Eligibility for Exchange
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange Process
- To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
- Once the exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Conditions for Exchange
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or receive a refund as per our refund policy.
- Shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
- Non-Exchangeable Items
- Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or customized products are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and customization reasons.
